Al, originally from Canberra, via Picton and Sydney, now resides in Bathurst with a redhead - Cheryl and a ginger cat - Milo. He can be heard, on www.2mce.org on Monday, 7-9 am; Thursdays, 12- 1pm, 6-7pm; Fridays 9-11am EST. Now semi-retired, he devotes his time to writing bush poetry and prose and is the throes - yes throes, of writing Salmagundi 1918 - a WW1 novel and a light hearted look at rural australia - Kikacro Kronikles
