OK, that’s a Pun… as opposed to a Punjab.. I like eating here. The curries are always good and fresh. It is small and intimate and warm and comfortable. It’s not the Taj Mahal but hey, you come here for good curies and that’s what you get. Keep it up Ricki!

I often order take away from the Grand Indian Cuisine restaurant and find the value consistently remarkable.

I have traveled extensively in India, and have never found a restaurant there to match the standards of the Grand Indian. Except for a very nice restaurant I ate at in Kerala. But when you factor in the extremely high standards of service and hygiene, and the fact that they accept all major credit cards… I know I won’t be bothering to fly to India for a curry anymore, now we have this treasure trove of spicy treats in the heart of Bowral.

Best pappadums I have EVER tasted. Service was friendly & fast. The Butter Chicken is excellent and we also had Rogan Josh which was very nice. Will definitely be back and recommend it highly.

My wife and I were visiting Bowral for a few days and tried the Grand Indian Cuisine for our first evening’s meal. We were not disappointed. The eggplant dish, which included fruit and nuts, was one of the best we’ve ever had. The lamb saag was great too as was the roti. We chatted with the owner/chef after our meal and were very impressed with his relaxed and professional demeanour. The young waitress was very attentive as well. Overall, excellent value and quality, not to be missed when visiting the Southern Highlands!

This is the third time i’ve tried the grand indian. Delivery indian food can be dodgy especially as it is difficult with the temps of the food. The Grand Indian Cuisine continually impresses with its generous and traditional dishes. The naans are fluffy and flavourful and the dishes are memorable from the mild to the vindaloo. I highly recommend to any true indian food lovers.
