JV Takeaways is an experience.Upon asking what the fish was we got a colourful selling job on the whiting. Not the little scraps you usually see but whopping great fillets. Absolutely magnificent. Chips were great as was the potato scallop. Trev is behind the counter, a mountain of a man, a fountain of enthusiasm, a character in the good old classic sense. Just like his fish and chips. We have been back again and his hamburger was A+ and his humour never seems to wane.
