I used to live in Japan and ate sushi every day, so I reckon I know good sushi when I taste it. This is the best sushi you’ll find in the whole of the Northern Rivers, it’s fab. Slightly adapted to suit the Aussie palate, there are all sorts of the usual goodies – avo, cream cheese, cucumber, mayo and tuna, salmon.. they even have raw fish for those who want it (me). Nice miso soup too. Prices are pretty reasonable. Service wasn’t the best, especially not compared to the 5 star service you get everywhere you go in Japan – as soon as you walk in the door of a restaurant they shout “irashaimase!” meaning “welcome!” O-Sushi should do that too, and their staff should smile more. Aside from that, love it. You’ll leave feeling healthy, happy and fulfilled!
