Cafe 29 Downtown is set in the charming country town of Lismore in a historic building which was once a bank circa built in the 1920’s. Owners Diane & son Guy Parker, have built a loyal fan base in Lismore over the past decade, always keeping an excellent standard in coffee & cuisine, Ranging from a delicious breakfast frittata to the ever popular calamari salad. Also serving homemade cakes, slices & biscuits for the sweet tooth. Showcasing some great local products like Brookfarm Macadamia Muesli, Byron Bay Chai, Summerland Olives, Howard’s Gourmet sausages. Combining this with T2 teas from Melbourne & fresh Vittoria Coffee.

Thu-Fri 8am-5pm

Breakfast 8am-11.30am,Lunch 11.30am-2.30pm & Snack menu from 2:30pm

This is a really nice cafe. Just off the main street in Lismore it’s always busy, the staff are friendly and the coffee was good. The guys who own the place are attentive and care about the product. I also had eggs on toast. The bread was carefully chosen and the eggs perfectly cooked.

Amazing coffee (the connoisseurs serve your flat whites just like the image above, with patterns in the froth, – I always ask for a heart), warm, friendly atmosphere, delish cakes, fab service, good-looking waitstaff, plenty of space, not crowded, no cigarette smoke. highly recommended!
