    Spread out under the beautiful cool canopy of grey gums our large grassy camping and caravan sites are very spacious. Our accommodation includes fully refurbished modern family cabins and 160 grassy, powered sites as well as shaded tent sites, so there's plenty of room for your family.



    The three easy options are:




    • Fully refurbished, modern air conditioned ensuite cabins to accommodate couples or groups up to 6


    • Large powered sites with water and sullage point connections


    • Grassy unpowered sites with water close to all amenities

    (A port-a-loo disposal point is also available on site)



    To compliment our open and spacious environment, we offer clean, quality, on-site facilities for you and your family. These include:




    • Huge sapphire sparkling swimming pool, partly shaded for sun protection and complimented by an adjoining spa


    • The Big Fig Tree Bistro – fabulous casual dining, fully licensed, kids menu and entertainment (open between April – October)


    • Conveniently located free gas BBQ's with covered shelters within camping areas


    • Camp kitchen with fridge, microwave and full washing up facilities

    Katherine Hot Springs – soak up and bath in the natural springs a short 10 minute walk through the Low Level National Park


     


    Katherine Gorge, which is known as Nitmiluk National Park covers 292,800 ha highlighted by the deep gorges carved through ancient sandstone by the Katherine River – a great adventure awaits



     


    Aboriginal heritage- this peaceful area is rich with aboriginal history and has many cultural sites available to visit. Try the 66km Jatbula Trail or the network of 35km Southern Tracks on the southern side of the gorge. Some of the walks include Barrawei walk, Lily Ponds, Butterfly Gorge and Jawoyn Valley, which also has aboriginal galleries.
