Australians stressed by money and family issues

<p> Money is the number one issue that causes us stress in everyday life, according to the Blackmores Stress Survey<a href="#_edn1" name="_ednref1" title="" rel="nofollow"></a> which has been released today. This is followed by family and health issues, relationships (non-family), driving in traffic, lack of time, schooling/studying, looking for work and getting the housework done.</p> <p> &nbsp;</p> <p> A 2009 survey revealed that 73 per cent of people surveyed are concerned about their stress<a href="#_edn2" name="_ednref2" title="" rel="nofollow"></a>. &nbsp;&ldquo;A little bit of stress in our everyday lives is okay as it can motivate us to achieve our goals, but if you are feeling overwhelmed with stress just getting through each day, you need to address that stress physically and mentally before it may cause further health concerns,&rdquo; says Blackmores Director of Education Pam Stone.</p> <p> &nbsp;</p> <p> Blackmores has just launched new Everyday Stress Formula&trade; which contains <em>Panax Ginseng</em>, one of the leading adaptogen herbs, and a new ingredient in Australia based on milk protein called Lactium&trade;.
