Wagga Wagga Social Darts is as the name suggests is a social based weekly darts comp. The comp comprises of teams from several local hotels and encourages teams made up of novice’s and experienced players alike. Players in the WSD play for the love of the game and the social interaction rather than prize money or accolades although each comp culminates in an end of comp event and participation awards. Players from each of the teams are encouraged to help each other and guide new players both in the skill of the game and sportsmanship. Wagga Social Darts competition plays in accordance with the official rules of the game but has a relaxed attitude to some aspects of the game in the intrest of fostering a fun social evening of darts, there are no ‘Sheep Stations’ up for grabs in this comp.
