The Simple Kegel
 
A common misconception is that Kegel exercises were designed for women only. This could not be further from the truth – Men can strengthen their pubococcygeus muscle, deal with incontinence and control their ejaculation with this exercise.
 
So where is that muscle located? A simple way to look for it is when you go to the toilet. The steps are as follows:
 
  • Step 1: Go to the toilet and urinate a little.
  • Step 2: Stop urinating suddenly.
  • Step 3: Start urinating slowly again.
  • Step 4: Repeat slowly until you feel the muscle that helps you perform this start-stop function.
Congratulations, you have located the Pubococcygeus muscle (PC muscle)
 
Right now, you are going to learn the simplest Kegel method around. No need to hang weights on your penis or stuff it into an air pump. Are you ready?
 
Alright let’s get started - Select a good time to be naked, e.g with your lady or in the bathroom after a shower
 
  • a. Use the mirror as a gauge. Empty your bowels and bladder first
  • b. Now, gently squeeze the muscle mentioned earlier that you used to stop the urinary flow. Don’t force yourself, just feel the slight stretch. Your penis may twitch a little.
  • c. Squeeze for 3-5 minutes, then stop. For the first week, do it maybe twice a day, then slowly increase based on your level of comfort.
  • d. In about 2 months or so, you will see improvements in your ejaculate control. In order to shorten the time, you may supplement your exercise with supplements
 
Jelqing
 
An ancient middle east custom, this is an all-natural method where only a lubricant and your hands are used. You can do this right after a warm bath or shower. You’ll need warm water to channel blood to the penis.
After which, apply lubrication. Lubrication will make the process pleasurable rather than painful, and will also reduce the chances of open wounds happening.
 
Make a circle with your right thumb and index finger around the base of your penis, pulling the foreskin down. After which, lightly grab your gradually erecting penis, and twist upwards gently in a spiral motion.
 
Do not jelq the glans (head) of your penis. Repeat the exercise for about 10 minutes slowly. If you ejaculate at first, don’t worry but try not to let it happen over the next few sessions. Remember not to use force.
 
This will take a couple of weeks before you see results, but very soon you will notice a slight increase in the length of your penis. Where it works though, it thickness – as more blood is allowed in, your member will become thicker and harder than before.
